Siegfried Schtauffen. Age 23. Approximately 5'_". The first impression that Siegfried tends to give off to those around him is that he is a very reserved man, carefully measuring out his words and actions to those that he is around or talking to. He is usually well mannered and calm, but if pushed too far, you will see a side of him that you will never forget. It is almost as though he suffers from multiple personality syndrome, as his appearance and voice change with his mood swings... |

Born and raised in Germany, Siegfried had a bit of a rough life. He looked up to his father, Fredrick, and depended on his guiding hand in order to grow up like him. However, Fredrick was often pulled away from his wife and son for business endeavours, and Siegfried lost his path to grace. At a young age he fell into the wrong crowd, joining a street gang named the Schwartzwind and rebelling against the law in every way possible. One night during one of their usual heists, they were foiled by a group of soldiers from the city and faced them head on. Siegfried lifted up the decapitated head of their Captain in victory, only to be horrified to see his own father's lifeless eyes staring back at him. |

Unable to comprehend what it is that happened that night, Siegfried was able to construct an elaborate lie. So firmly did he believe his own story that it eventually became the only truth to him. Someone else had killed Fredrick in cold blood, and left him for death. The details of it all are hazy to Siegfried himself, although he is certain that the murderer is still at large. |

In what the young man considered pure cowardice, he was unable to tell his own mother what took place. He feld to America in order to build a life for himself, vowing only to return to Margaret once he had made something of himself. Currently, he works as a student teacher at South Calibur High, covering a variety of diffrent subjects when the regular teachers are unavailable, though mostly he is an expert in english literature. |

Siegfried Schatuffen is an amazing fictional character from Namco's Soul Series, appearing in Soul Blade, Soul Calibur I, II and III. Sometimes he listens to his mun, Yuna, over at Soul Charge, but mostly he just likes being difficult. |
